Refund policy

Since all of our items are completely custom, each design will have variations and no two will be exactly the same.  It is very important you keep this in mind when ordering.  While we try our best to replicate, all of our items are made by hand and will vary.

Due to the nature of the custom work, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.  While it doesn't happen often, if a mistake is made or there is a shipping issue, please contact Cherin at slaythedaycrafts@gmail.com so the situation can be rectified.
