When ordering a customized cup, it’s important to follow these care guidelines:

• For the first 10 days after creation, your cup is still curing and hardening. It can be used gently upon arrival and will continue to become even more durable over the following weeks.
• Hyperion finishes are not heat safe. Do not place your tumbler in the dishwasher or microwave.
• Hand wash only, without soaking. Dry immediately. Use alcohol-free, gentle cleansers (ex: avoid Dawn Power Wash).
• Although your tumbler is sealed for protection, it is not indestructible. Handle with care—cracks may occur if dropped or hit against hard surfaces, similar to other handmade, coated tumblers.

Processing Time
Each tumbler is made by hand. Current production time is 6 weeks unless otherwise noted.

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

Are all cups exactly the same?
No two tumblers are identical. Each piece is handmade, and slight variations in glitter placement, color shift, or decal positioning are normal and part of the custom process.

Can I request custom changes?
Preorders cannot be changed. However, custom spots you decide what you want done and how.

Can I cancel my order?
Because each cup is custom made, orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

What brands do you use?
We customize authentic brand tumblers (Stanley, HydroJug, BrüMate, etc.) unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Will the glitter peel or fade?
All designs are sealed for durability. However, these are handcrafted items and should be handled with care. Please review the care instructions above.

Can I do a send-in for a preorder?
Due to the strict timeline, send-ins are not available for preorders. If you wish to send-in a cup, you will need to choose a custom spot when they are open.

Each tumbler is individually handmade. Minor imperfections and variations are a normal and expected part of the custom process and do not take away from the beauty or functionality of your cup.

Water based topcoats like the ones I use are very thin. This means you will feel the texture of the cup, which is intentional and not accidental lumps.

No two cups will ever be exactly alike. Slight differences in glitter placement, color shift, decal alignment, or the presence of tiny stray glitter particles may occur. This is standard with all handcrafted tumblers, including epoxied and powder-coated designs.

While every precaution is taken to create a high-quality finished product, absolute perfection is not possible in handmade items. By purchasing a custom tumbler, you acknowledge and accept the potential for these minor variations.

Because each cup is customized, all sales are final. Refunds or returns will only be issued if an error was made on our part.

If your tumbler arrives with a significant defect or issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Purchasing confirms that you have read and agree to all product policies listed on this page.

If you are purchasing a send-in customization service, you are responsible for shipping your tumbler to the address below.

Please include your name inside the box when sending your cup. All handles and lids must be removed prior to shipping. You may include them in the package and they will be reattached once the cup has fully cured. Cups received with handles attached are sent at the customer’s risk, and Slay the Day Crafts is not responsible for any resulting damage.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Slay the Day Crafts. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

• Production time begins once your tumbler is received.
• Tumblers must be clean and empty before shipping.
• Please do not send your tumbler until your order has been placed.
• This is a mailing address only. Drop-offs are not permitted.

If a send-in cup is not shipped for receipt within 7 business days, your cup will be moved to the next available cycle which will delay production. This means your cup will take longer to make than the standard 6 week turnaround.
