When ordering a customized cup, it’s important to follow these care guidelines:
- For the first 30 days after creation, your cup is still curing and hardening. It can be used gently upon arrival and will continue to become even more durable over the following weeks.
- CrystaLac/Hyperion finishes are not heat safe. Do not place your tumbler in the dishwasher or microwave.
- Hand wash only, without soaking. Dry immediately. Use alcohol-free, gentle cleansers (ex: avoid Dawn Power Wash).
- Although your tumbler is sealed for protection, it is not indestructible. Handle with care—cracks may occur if dropped or hit against hard surfaces, similar to other handmade, coated tumblers.
