Subscription FAQ’s — Tumbler of the Month Club
What is the Tumbler of the Month/Quarter Club?
A subscription where you receive a custom surprise tumbler created just for you. You choose the basics (brand, size, style preferences), and I design a unique cup each month or quarter.
How much does it cost?
Each subscription tumbler is $85 + shipping, for both monthly and quarterly cycles.
What brands can I choose from?
Stanley • BrüMate • HydroJug • Owala
Are these Ready-To-Ship cups?
Not necessarily. Every subscription tumbler is handcrafted specifically for the subscriber based on personal preferences. You may receive something similar to past designs, but never the same.
How do I submit my style preferences?
The preference form is located directly on the subscription order page at sign-up.
When am I billed?
Monthly Subscription
- First charge: the day you sign up
- Renewals: the 1st of each month
Quarterly Subscription
- First charge: the day you sign up
- Renewals: every 3 months
When will my tumbler ship?
Monthly Plans
- Cups ship before the end of each billing month
- If you join after the 1st, your first tumbler may ship in the current month or the next, depending on timing and order volume
Quarterly Plans
- Your cup ships during the current quarter
- Quarterly cups always ship before the end of their billing month
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to stop renewal. All processed payments are final and non-refundable once billed.
Can I update my preferences later?
Absolutely! Message me anytime to update your profile for future cycles.
Can I use local pickup?
The subscription system does not allow a local pickup option. If you are a local customer, you may still pick up your tumbler. Select shipping at checkout, and I will:
- Apply the shipping charge as a credit toward a future non-club tumbler, or
- Work out another fair alternative with you directly.
Are send-ins accepted for subscriptions?
No. All subscription tumblers are cup-supplied by me only. No send-ins are allowed for club orders.
Are spots limited?
Yes. When the club reaches capacity, sign-ups will close until a spot becomes available.
Will my cup look like past club designs?
It can, but I always aim to make each design feel uniquely yours. If a club design created for you is especially well received, you may see a similar version used again in the future for another subscriber.
Subscription Policy — Tumbler of the Month Club
By subscribing to the Tumbler of the Month Club, you agree to the terms outlined below. This product is sold exclusively as a subscription and is not available for one-time purchase.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
- Monthly Subscription: Your initial payment is processed at the time you join. After that, billing recurs automatically on the 1st of each month.
- Quarterly Subscription: Your initial payment is processed at the time you join. After that, billing recurs automatically every 3 months from your join date.
- Subscription charges are processed in advance of each cycle.
- If a scheduled billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge will be processed on the next available business day.
- You can manage your subscription and billing details from your customer account portal: Manage Subscription.
Shipping & Delivery
- Club tumblers are shipped before the end of the month in which the subscription billing occurs.
- Because each tumbler is custom-finished, shipping timelines may vary slightly based on order volume and production scheduling.
- First shipment timing: If you join after the 1st of the month, your first tumbler may ship in the current month or roll into the next month’s cycle depending on timing and production capacity.
- Shipping address changes must be updated before your next billing date to ensure accurate delivery.
- Tracking information (if applicable) will be provided once your item has shipped.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer account portal to stop renewal.
- All processed payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has been successfully charged, including your initial join payment.
- If you cancel after a subscription charge has processed, the tumbler for that billing cycle will still be produced and shipped, but future billing will stop.
- Failure to cancel prior to renewal constitutes agreement to be charged for the next cycle.
Product Details & Customization
- Each club tumbler is individually handcrafted using durable, epoxy-free finishes such as CrystaLac, Hyperion, and other professional coatings.
- Design themes, colors, and artistic elements change every subscription cycle.
- Since customization options or preference fields are offered at sign-up, you are responsible for submitting accurate details. Personalization requests submitted at checkout or via the customer portal are considered part of your final order.
Damages, Defects & Claims
- Due to the handmade nature of the product, minor variations, textures, or finish differences are normal and are not considered defects.
- If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery to file a claim.
- Slay the Day Crafts may request photos or supporting details to review claims.
- Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or shop credit at our discretion, but refunds are not provided for subscription items.
Account Responsibility
- It is your responsibility to maintain accurate billing information, shipping addresses, and account settings.
- Declined payments may result in shipment delays or subscription cancellation if not corrected in a timely manner.
