These finishes are now available for customer send-ins, but because the process enhances—not hides—what already exists on the cup, any surface flaws present when the cup arrives will remain visible after completion. To ensure the best possible final result, send-in cups must arrive in flawless condition—free of dents, stray marks, adhesive residue, or sticker ghosting. This is especially true for dyed checkers cups.
